Erica is directing an equity developmental reading of Joey Massa’s new play, Workshop, In early October. Workshop is a boundary-pushing play about a pair of people engaging in the experimental practice of restorative justice in the context of sexual assault. Check back soon for more information!

Erica will be directing a piece this coming June, written by Leemore Malka as part of The Tank’s bi-monthly play series, Rule of 7x7. The concept is 7 plays, 7 writers and 7 rules each play has to follow. Performances run June 24th and 25th. Check back soon for production photos!

Erica is a Resident Artist with New York based production company, 3DaysPrior. Erica is a co-founder with a variety of talented young artists and producer for 3DaysPrior’s work. She is also an active content creator, most recently having directed Playdate, presented by Dixon Place, with Dixon Place and Emily Bergquist as co-producers. pridefest 2021 At The Tank

On June 25th, come see Plays, Books, and Music, Oh My!, a series of four Kallan Dana plays performed in rep through The Tank’s Pridefest 2021! The performance will be held outdoors on Broadway between 35th and 36th in Manhattan. For tickets, click here.


Plastic Bag Store
@ The Adelaide Festival 2021

Plastic Bag Store by Robin Frohardt, a theatrical endeavor and art installation that began in a storefront in Times Square (Click HERE for the NYTimes’ “Critics Notebook” coverage by Laura Collins-Hughes), will be traveling to The Adelaide Festival in South Australia. The show and exhibition will run February 23 - March 14, 2021. Catch Erica as the Production Stage Manager and makeshift cashier.


Limefest 2020 at The Tank

Wednesday, August 26th, Erica, alongside Kallan Dana, will be devising and performing a site-specific, socially distant, outdoor performance of My Teenage Wet Dream, a short play about a duo of young millennials camped outside the supposed private home of an early oughts washed-up boyband member. summer hot! festival


On July 23rd, Erica will be directing a reading of Kallan Dana’s new short play, Basement, in Dixon Place’s Summer HOT! Festival. Basement is the story of a queer married couple living their lives as hoarders in the basement of their family home. The Summer HOT! festival is a theatrical festival promoting NYC’s queer art and artists from July 6 - August 1, 2020. For more information, click here.


rashdash residency

Erica will be attending a Residency in January 2020 with RashDash Theatre Company based in London, England. RashDash is Abbi Greenland, Becky Wilkie and Helen Goalen who create and perform original work based in Manchester. During this weeklong residency, Erica will be collaborating with other artists and devising new styles of content creation and generating material. Learn more about the work RashDash does here.


PLAYDATE

Erica will be directing a full production of Playdate by Kallan Dana at Dixon Place September 26-28, 2019 (for tickets click the hyperlink)! Playdate is a meta-theatrical dark comedy about the last day of Hugh Hefner’s life inside the Playboy Mansion. It’s spooky and clownish and not at all sexy!
